Tranzbyte Corp (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Working on Automated Marijuana Vending Machines

Boston, MA, 03/31/2014 (medicalmarijuanareporter.com) – Tranzbyte Corp (OTCMKTS:ERBB) announced in April 2013 that it will commence the distribution of automated marijuana vending machines beginning from the next quarter. It has not disclosed many details of the machines for competitive purposes; it has been working closely with the manufacturer to develop the “Green Machine” designed specifically for this century along with a range of Zazzz™ products. The technology will be combined with radio frequency technology (RFID) from Tranzbyte subsidiary, ProximaRF who are trying to ensure that the machine is available only to legally qualified individuals.
Tranzbyte Corp (OTCMKTS:ERBB) describes itself as the driving force behind Altitude Organic Corporation which claims to be the first marijuana dispensary brand which is publicly traded. Last year, it acquired ProximaRF which produces products that support state of the art RFID technology. Altitude Organic has developed an automated dispensary and is now converting its newly acquired YO! Debit Card for use on its proprietary machines. Yet another subsidiary One Bode focuses on the development of products based on plant nutrients and enzymes to help ordinary people access products only available to special groups such as professional athletes.
Tranzbyte Corp (OTCMKTS:ERBB) is complicated and difficult to understand with investments in seemingly unrelated subsidiaries. In addition to the above, it has acquired the rights to market and distribute Cirrus Open MRI medical imaging devices in North and South America for Hurricane Enterprises Ltd which has exclusive world-wide distribution rights for the devices. Finally, it has a joint venture with Panpacific Business Limited in which it will receive half the profits from three scheduled concerts in Hong Kong. The company has weak financials with little or no revenues and profits and much of the asset base consists of intellectual property which has little or no value. This is not a focused medical marijuana company and you should only invest if you understand the high level of investment risk.
