Puration Inc. (OTCMKTS: PURA) and PAO Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: PAOG) have announced a partnership to develop a CDB products line for Women’s Health. PAOG is collaborating with Alkame Holdings Inc. for special packaging needs.

Dr. Harriet Kamendi will develop the CBD product line

Dr. Harriet Kamendi, a Howard University’s Department of Pharmacology graduate with post-doctoral studies at George Washington University, will develop the CBD product line. Dr. Kamendi is a well-known and widely published healthcare research scientist with a remarkable CBD research history.

PAOG and PURA’s first product collaboration under PURA’s Farmersville Hemp Brand initiative will be the Women’s Health CBD product line.

In 2020, PAOG acquired intellectual property resulting from CBD extraction research using a patented extraction technology (U.S. Patent No. 9,199,960). PAOG is using intellectual property to create pharmacological and nutraceutical products for humans. RelaxRX CBD, a sleep aid, and RehabRX CBD, a salve, are the first two CBD nutraceutical products launched by PAOG so far.

North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS: USMJ), PAOG’s distribution partner, has confirmed the shipping of its first and second CBD nutraceutical products. Inquiries for the product have suggested fast sales even before it has been set up for sale online at www.USMJ.com.

Since it bought the extraction technology, PAOG is on target to generate its first revenue this year, beginning in Q4 2021. In addition, PAOG anticipates substantial revenue growth following the launch of its first two CBD nutraceutical products, as the company has follow-on items planned to boost overall sales.

UCASU to finance Farmersville Hemp partners

Puration recently announced signing a letter of intent with US Asset LP (OTCMKTS: UCASU)  detailing terms for UCASE to fund the development of Puration’s Farmersville Hemp Brand facilities in the 72-acre property located in Farmersville, Texas. Most importantly UCASU will offer to finance to Farmersville Hemp Brand partners.

Puration launched a program to create hemp cultivators and processors cooperative that allows the partners to sell under the Farmersville Hemp brand name the same way Sun-Maid Raisins jointly markets for cultivators selling under a single brand.
