PAO Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: PAOG) and Puration Inc. (OTCMKTS: PURA) Partner Under The Farmersville Hemp Brand Initiative

Puration Inc. (OTCMKTS: PURA) and PAO Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: PAOG) have announced PAOIG’s collaboration with Puration’s latest Farmersville Hemp Brand initiative.
PAOG anticipates first CBD product sales in Q4 2021
PAOG creates pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals derived from its IP on extracted CBD in line with a patent extraction technique under US Patent No. 9,199,960. The company anticipates its first CBD nutraceutical sales at the start of Q4 2021. PAOG has confirmed the shipping of the first CBD product to North American Cannabis Holdings Inc. (OTCMKTS: USMJ), its distribution partner. Once the distributor is set up to begin sales and distribution, PAOG aims to publish specifics about its first CBD nutraceutical product during the upcoming official product launch announcement.
PAOG anticipates substantial revenue growth following the launch of its first CBD nutraceutical product since it has follow-on items planned to complement the first, boosting overall sales potential.
On the other hand, Puration is creating hemp cultivation and processing partnerships to establish an industrial hemp brand alliance under its Farmersville Hemp initiative. PURA wants to market several hemp producers and processors under the Farmersville Hemp Brand name, similar to how Sun-Maid Raisins markets for multiple growers, all selling under one brand name.
PAOG and PURA partnering in the cultivation of pharmaceutical-grade hemp
PAOG is collaborating with PURA to design and construct a lab and greenhouse for growing pharmaceutical grade hemp and generating proprietary hemp cultivars in connection with PAOG’s ongoing CBD research.
Puration recently broke ground in Farmersville, Texas, on its 70-acre land with a construction pad already cleared for construction of several facilities. PURA facilitated hands-on marketing for a range of hemp-derived products. Notably, the Farmersville Hemp Brand Facility has the potential of hosting client firms for seminars to show how hemp can be processed and used as a cost-effective, natural and superior alternative to existing nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, clothing, plastics, and construction materials.
