Kona Gold Solutions Inc (OTCMKTS:KGKG) has announced the acquisition of Gold Leaf distribution a newly established distribution company. The Florida based distribution company has acquired their first beverage truck, and it will be wrapped fully to advertise Storm CBD waters, Kona Gold hemp energy drinks, as well as HighDrate CBD Energy Waters.
Establishment of new distribution models
The company is currently carrying out interviews for the hiring of beverage sales agents and driver through the new distribution routes they will establish for Melbourne and Orlando Florida markets.
Kona Gold Solutions is planning to create a new distribution model for their local markets which they will later replicate in other markets that they are eying that currently do not have distribution. Their strategic plan is to attain around 5 to 10 beverage trucks in the different markets by the end of the year.
The company is expecting to receive monthly revenue of between $10,000 and $20,000 from the beverage routes. The company already has plans of establishing their website. Sales Vice President, Chris Selinger, indicates that Gold Leaf Distribution addition will help the company to focus more on their brands thus enhancing company capabilities. He points out that they will emphasize on increasing their coverage area around their Melbourne corporate office.
Selinger adds that their sales team will continue creating brand awareness as they look to saturate the market with their line of products. Kona Gold CEO, Robert Clark says that the acquisition creates an opportunity for the company and they expect to get a great stream of revenue that will continue to grow as they continue to establish more new routes and add beverage trucks.
The CEO indicated that the sales vice president, Chris Selinger will be responsible for the leading the interviews and training of hired sales reps. Chris has the required experience and has been successful in the creation of distribution routes as well as opening accounts thus he is the best-suited person top lead the initiative.
