Khiron Life Sciences Corp (OTCMKTS: KHRNF) Opens Another Zerenia Dispensary in Peru

Khiron Life Sciences Corp (OTCMKTS: KHRNF) has partnered with CDL, a pain clinic, to open another dispensary under the Zerenia brand in Peru. As a result, the company now has 16 locations worldwide. Its other locations are in the U.K and Colombia.

Khiron has grown in Peru since it opened its first dispensary in the region

This move is in line with the company’s intention to expand its operations in Peru. Expanding is essential as the region will cover 5% of the sales in Latin America in 2021. Moreover, Khiron partnered with Clinica Montesur in 2021 to open its first Zerenia dispensary in Lima. 

Since then, the company has managed to turn more than 80% of its consults into regular customers. Khiron also registered its two medical cannabis products in August 2021.

CDL, which specializes in pain management, has a qualified team of specialists to help treat its patients. It also has patients with acute and chronic pain. For this reason, this clinic is an ideal partner for Khiron.

Khiron will use CDL’s existing structure and reputation to its advantage. The company will offer cannabis-related products to CDL patients dealing with chronic or acute pain in Lima and other towns.

The dispensary will give the company more customers 

According to the Director and CEO of Khiron, Alvaro Torres, expanding Zerenia’s reach in Peru will allow the company to increase its customers in Peru. Furthermore, the company gained new customers after opening a clinic in Peru. The increased demand shows that the company offers a practical, service-driven, and unique approach to the cannabis industry.

Torres adds that Khiron’s partnership with CDL will grow and provide more treatment alternatives to over 10,000 people each year. To accelerate its growth, Khiron sells its products in different stores in Peru, which increases access to cannabis by patients.

The collaboration with CDL allows Zerenia to implement varying business models to expand its Zerenia brand in Peru. The company hopes to grow its Peru market through these strategies.
