INDVR Brands Inc. (OTCMKTS: CAAOF) Releases its Financial Statements and MD&A

INDVR Brands Inc (OTCMKTS: CAAOF) has released its Management’s Discussions and Analysis (MD&A) and financial statements for the nine months ended October 31, 2021. The company has published them on SEDAR.

The company’s board of directors approved the information on the MD&A on December 30, 2021. The document details the nine months that ended October 30, 2021.

INDVR executives who resigned

For instance, INDVR’s CEO, Darcy Campbell, resigned on May 21, 2021. Joshua Mann, the Interim CEO and President of the company, resigned on June 15, 2021. However, he still retained his role of Director.

In place of Mann, Hugh Hempel became CEO. He also became INDVR’s Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors on June 15, 2021. Another employee who resigned was Alnoor Nathoo, the Director of the board. He left the role on October 4, 2021.

INDVR acquired Strainz and Bronnor

The MD&A also details how it will expand its reach in the U.S by selling its leading hemp and THC products to its customers. It also plans to leverage its combination with Strainz and Bronnor to ensure growth. The company acquired Strainz and Bronnor on June 14, 2021.

INDVR gained several assets from the transaction, including more than 500 dispensaries in Nevada and Colorado. It also gained a 25,000 square feet manufacturing and processing facility in Denver and a Colorado cannabis license.

INDVR is a cannabis company in the U.S. The company offers management and personal resources for cannabis businesses. It also offers equipment and infrastructure for dispensary operations, cultivation, and production.

Since the acquisition, INDVR HAS BEEN SELLING its products through more them 1200 dispensaries in four States. It has also used Strainz and Bronnor brands to serve its customer and increase revenues.

Other services INDVR offers are subleasing equipment, marketing,  subleasing facilities, and payroll. It sells its products under the INDVR, Honu, Fat Face Farms, Cannabis Prime, Froe by Cannabis, Incognito by Cannabis, Cheech, Wildfire, Space Dust, and Joint brands.

The company, whose headquarters are in Calgary, Canada, changed its name from Cannabis One Holdings Inc in August 2020. INDVR has operations in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. The company offers services to cannabis businesses in the U.S.
