Digital Arts Media Network Inc (OTCMKTS:DATI) announced recently that it has signed a contract to acquire a stake of more than 39% in truCrowd, a registered member company with FINRA. The company is teaming up with truCrowd to benefit from its strong and enduring experience in the crowdfunding industry.
With the current terms of agreement, DATI will first acquire 19.9% stake in the company for the next six months thereafter, add the remaining portion of 19.99%. However, this is subject to the stability of the firm and market environment that is usually influenced by various external factors that are beyond the companies to control or manipulate
truCrowd, which specializes in crowdfunding initiatives currently has over 6,000 registered subscribers and has previously been successful in meeting and exceeding its customers demands. In addition, truCrowd is also expecting the changes to have a huge positive impant of DATI’s business model.
According to truCrowd’s president, the recent collaboration with the leading company, DATI will help the firm to improve its business model. The company is also considering adoption of blochchain technology to take advantage of the latest SEC framework.
