Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (OTCMKTS:CURLF) has announced new Curaleaf branding for its recently acquired retail locations and the opening of new outlets in Philadelphia and Horsham. These new Curaleaf-branded locations mark its 11th and 12th outlets in the state of Pennsylvania.
Curaleaf rebrands nine Herbology dispensaries in Pennsylvania
The company is a vertically integrated operator in the cannabis sectors known for its expertise, quality, and reliability, and it is the largest national cannabis retail brand in the US with 104 locations in 23 states after the opening of the Pennsylvania outlets. Curaleaf closed Grassroots’ acquisition on July 23 last year, and in connection with this deal, the company has rebranded nine Herbology locations in Pennsylvania located in Brookville, Bradford, Altoona, Gettysburg, Brookville, Lebanon, King of Prussia, Philadelphia, and Morton.
In the coming weeks, Curaleaf will open additional locations in Southeastern Pennsylvania. He said that they are looking forward to serving communities and anticipate demand to surpass projected sales in the market with cannabis gaining acceptance for health and wellness needs.
Curaleaf rebranding acquired Chicago retail outlets
Recently the company also announced the branding of the recently acquired retail outlets and the opening of the 10th store in Illinois. Also, the company contributed $950,000 to impact social equity with strategic partnerships focusing on job training and education in Chicago as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility Rooted in Good initiative. This is according to the Illinois Social Equity provision for adult-use legislation. The company has received approval from Illinois to transfer nine Windy City and Greenhouse Cannabis retail licenses. According to state guidelines, the company has started rebranding Windy City Cannabis locations in Justice, Worth, and Weed Street in Chicago. This includes Greenhouse retail locations in Mokena, Deerfield Northbrook, Skokie, Melrose, and Morris, which are also being rebranded.
