Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (OTCMKTS: CURLF) has announced the appointment of Matt Darin as its CEO, effective immediately. Recently the company announced acquisition sin Bloom Dispensaries, NRPC, Tryke Companies, and Los Suenos Farms. 

Prior to joining Curaleaf, Darin was the COO  and Founder of Grassroots Cannabis, which Curaleaf acquired in 2020. Darin brings massive leadership experience and industry expertise and will be reporting to the company’s CEO Joseph Bayern 

Willimam Todd Montour joins Hexo board 

Hexo Corp (NASDAQ: HEXO)  has appointed William Todd Montour to the company’s Board of Directors effective immediately following Jason Ewart’s resignation.

Halo Collective names Sky Pinnick as the chief marketing officer 

Halo Collective Inc. (OTCMKTS: HCANF) has named Sky Pinnick as its Chief Marketing Officer. Pinnick brings massive branding and marketing experience, especially in the cannabis sector, and will lead Halo’s market expansion activities as the company expands distribution channels and enhances its product portfolio.

Item 9 Labs makes board appointments

Item 9 Labs Corp (OTCMKTS: INLB) has announced the appointment of Lawrence Taylor and Eric Kutscher to its Board of directors.
