American Cannabis Company Inc (OTCMKTS:AMMJ) has finalized a consulting deal with California City Cannabis Company in the state of California. Together with the consulting deal, the company will buy an equity stake in California City’s assignment that is presently non-operational and in the advancement stage.
As stated, California City has intentions to establish a cannabis business park based in California City. The plans for the business park comprise a total 20 to 25 acres of property set aside for advancement, and the prospective hosting of future extraction, distribution and cultivation businesses. It is projected that this property will eventually house up to sixteen greenhouses at 25,000 to 35,000 square feet a unit, with a canopy limit amounting to 22,000 crops.
The project will commence with the preliminary construction of as many as two greenhouses, which California City projects to expand into 16 greenhouses over the imminent three years. California City’s assignment has been initially allowed permits for medical extraction and cultivation and projects converting its licenses to recreational utilize after city regulatory assessment and approval.
