AgraFlora Organics International Inc. (OTCMKTS:AGFAF) Processes Around 1,000KG Of CBD Crude Oil From 10,000Kg Of Hemp

AgraFlora Organics International Inc. (OTCMKTS:AGFAF) Toronto-based Sustainable Growth Strategic Capital Corp subsidiary in partnership with MicroC45 produced an inventory of around 1,000kg of Distillate and CBD Crude Oil that is ready for sale.

AgraFlora’s subsidiary delivers 1000 kg of CBD distillate

The CBD Crude oil was derived from around 10,000 kg of hemp biomass, subject to company’s novel pre-extraction process. There is also an additional 10,000kg of hemp biomass that the company retained set for extraction and processing. This comes days after company announced that SGSC entered a growing partnership for hemp growing in Ontario pursuant to planting 50 acres of hemp in the Binbrook Farm. The cultivation at the Binbrook Farm will enable the company to boost its volume of CBD inventory to meet customer demand.

The company is already in the process of refining the CBD hemp oil into isolation and anticipates manufacturing to commence this month. Most importantly, if the company succeeds in the processing of the CBD Oil into CBD Isolate it estimates that it will have inventory of around 850kg of CBD Isolate. Already AgraFlora has started engaging varius potential clients for the product to establish ideal sales mix of CBD distillate, CBD Crude Oil, and CBD Isolate. It is optimistic that it will finalize the first bulk transaction in this quarter.

MicroC45’s proprietary extraction technology is very efficient

MicroC45, the cultivation partner, employs a proprietary post-harvest extraction process leading to premium extraction value and higher yield of extracted cannabinoids. The proprietary extraction technology of MicroC45 has the potential to deliver CBD Distillate, CBD isolates, and THC Free Distillate inventory of around 1,000kg to current and future customers.

Brandon Boddy, the CEO and Chairman of AgraFlora, indicated that they believe the CBD market is still in nascent stage of development in Canada. Boddy added that AgraFlora is well-positioned to meet near-term supply problems of CBD products such as CBD Distillate and CBD Isolate, which will help boost Canada’s growth. He lauded the efficiency of their partners in the harvesting, processing, and extraction process.
